New Patients at Craig Ranch Chiropractic
Our caring Craig Ranch Chiropractic team is standing by to welcome you! When you’ve booked your first appointment, we will send you a link to complete your new patient paperwork online. We also ask you to send us a copy of the front and back of your insurance card via our HIPAA-compliant secure patient portal so that we can verify your coverage and benefits prior to your visit.
Your First Visit
When you arrive, we’ll greet you by name and help you feel right at home. If you haven’t completed your paperwork, we have an easy and convenient kiosk for you to do that. When we verify your identification, we’ll explain your insurance coverage and let you know what to expect regarding out-of-pocket costs for your visit.
Then you’ll sit down with Dr. Allam to discuss your health history and current issues. He’ll do a surface electromyography (sEMG) scan that gives us a clear picture of your nerve and muscle function. Based on the information from this scan, we will conduct any other appropriate assessments and examinations.
Dr. Allam will explain what he finds and ensure you understand what’s happening with your body. Then he’ll lay out his recommendations for correcting the problem. We’ll go into the adjusting room for your first adjustment with your consent. You may also receive other healing therapies at this visit.
Paying for Care
We are in-network with many insurance plans, including Medicare. For self-pay patients, we accept all major credit cards, HSAs, FSAs, and ChiroHealthUSA.
We also offer wellness packages of 6 or 12 visits and monthly memberships.
Making Your Care Convenient
Finding time for health care can be challenging in today’s busy world, so we do our best to accommodate you. We accept same-day appointments whenever possible, have evening and Saturday appointments, and are centrally located to serve the McKinney community.
