Dr. Troy Allam is a practicing chiropractor serving McKinney, Allen, Frisco, Plano, and the surrounding Collin County area; however, he has patients from all over the country who add him to their schedule whenever they are in the area!
Discovering the Power of Chiropractic
Although born in Michigan, Dr. Allam grew up in Texas, primarily in the Houston area. When he sustained a severe sports injury years ago, surgery and intensive rehab followed. A family friend recommended he visit a chiropractor, who not only helped with his rehab but also was able to relieve his headache pain and lessen the effects of some allergies. That experience inspired Dr. Allam to help others in a similar fashion.

Education and Experience
After completing his undergraduate studies with degrees in biology, chemistry, and history, Dr. Allam attended Parker University in Dallas, where he graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. While at Parker, he also took courses in neurology, pediatrics, and applied kinesiology. To this day, Dr. Allam continues to take new courses, always seeking to expand his knowledge of the human body and its intricacies so he can provide our patients with the best care possible.
He and his wife Stephanie opened Craig Ranch Chiropractic in 2004 (we moved to our current location a few years later) with the mission of helping patients live their best lives.
